Good Saturday Morning

since my multiple myeloma diagnosis i have fought with neuropathy in my feet. It often prevents my from getting a good nights sleep. Originally my neurologist had prescribed gabapentin. It was only helping about half the time. I had added in THC gummies which helped tremendously, but required me to drive to the next state and are very expensive. This past week my neurologist changed up my meds to Tegratol to help alleviate the mouth burning pain from my trigeminal neuralgia. So for this week I’m supposed to wean off the gabapentin and up the dose of Tegratol. Wow! That was some super drugged sleep last night. I am glad I don’t have any plans this morning aside from enjoying the cool spring temperatures and sipping my coffee. Definitely still feeling the drugs effects. Not sure this is going to work out. I mean if we are looking on the bright side…my feet didn’t bother me and I slept all night.

Once the side effects of these drugs wear off, I’ll probably go soak in the hot tub for a bit. Ease my back aches. We have storms moving in for the whole Easter weekend, so I can’t put it off too long. Happy Saturday everyone.
