This morning we are starting our day off with Sourdough discard Coffee cake!!!

This recipe was so great!! I love a good cinnamon cake. For years I have baked a coffee cake that was in my mom’s 4H cookbook from the late 1960’s. I always enjoyed it, but mom has always complained the cake was rather dry. This recipe is anything but dry. The sourdough discard and the Greek yogurt gives this recipe so much moisture. If you have an opportunity, definitely give this one a try!
